Strength and Condition combines strength training, body weight, and functional mobility with the mindfulness principles of flow yoga. The pace is active and continuous with moments of calm. This high-energy class integrates vinyasa flow with mat pilates and sculpt conditioning and occasionally, resistance bands and light weights. Classes move to the beat of the music in a sequence that builds sweat, stamina and calm. This practice is appropriate for those with a regular yoga or fitness practice and modifications will be available.
